1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ok777 website, downloading the ok777 app, creating a player account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you are agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. • You are not opening a duplicate account. Each individual is permitted a single ok777 account. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same person, device or payment method, ok777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances.
• All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth and payment details — is accurate and truthful. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting under the direction or on behalf of any third party in relation to deposits, wagers or withdrawals.

ok777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point before approving withdrawals or as part of account review. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ok777 account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits initiated and all withdrawals requested, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you or by someone who gained access to your account due to your failure to maintain security.

You must:

• Keep your login password confidential and not share it with any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password for your ok777 account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify ok777 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Ensure that your registered payment methods are in your own name and that you are the authorised user of those accounts.

ok777 is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of your failure to protect your login credentials. In the event of a suspected security breach, ok777 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

4Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on ok777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ok777 supports the following deposit methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Supported methods and minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit screen within your account.

Deposits must be funded from accounts or payment instruments that are legally registered in your own name. ok777 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment account not registered to the ok777 account holder, it may be reversed and the ok777 account may be suspended pending review.

ok777 does not impose processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. ok777 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

• Deposits are credited to your ok777 balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact ok777 support with your transaction reference number.
• ok777 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your name.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard processing times. VIP members receive priority queue processing and typically experience faster turnaround.
• Before processing your first withdrawal, ok777 may request identity verification documents. Providing these documents promptly helps avoid delays.
• Funds credited through a bonus must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
• ok777 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks for withdrawals above certain PKR thresholds as part of its fraud prevention procedures.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to payment accounts that are not registered in the ok777 account holder's name.

6Bonuses & Promotions

ok777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, validity periods and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings. These specific terms are communicated alongside each individual offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all ok777 promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or assigned to another player.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one per player, household, device or IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• ok777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at its discretion, provided this does not unfairly affect players who have already opted into the offer and are actively meeting its conditions.
• If ok777 determines that a player has opened multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, all associated accounts may be suspended and all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be voided.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds in your balance by default.
• Attempting to use betting patterns designed to artificially clear wagering requirements — such as placing offsetting bets or low-risk mathematical strategies — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings.

ok777 reserves the right to request additional information before processing any withdrawal that it reasonably believes includes winnings derived from bonus abuse.

7Gameplay & Fair Play

ok777 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. All games available on the platform — including Live Casino tables, Bingo rooms, Fish Games and all Platform games — operate under rules that are displayed within the game interface before play begins. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the rules of that game.

The following conduct is not permitted on ok777 and constitutes a breach of these Terms:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting any technical error, software glitch or misconfigured game to gain an advantage. If you identify an error of this kind, you are required to stop play and report it to support immediately. Any winnings generated through a known error may be voided.

8VIP Programme

• VIP status and associated benefits are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred.

9Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the fair play rules in Section 7, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on ok777. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to use your account.
• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person to open a duplicate account.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, fraud or money laundering.
• Using ok777 in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, scrape or otherwise compromise the ok777 platform, its servers or its software.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or ok777 support staff through any communication channel.
• Publishing false, misleading or defamatory statements about ok777 or its staff.
• Sharing account access with another person or operating an account on behalf of a third party.

ok777 takes all reports of prohibited conduct seriously and investigates every report received through its support channels.

10Suspension & Account Closure

ok777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity associated with the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Extended inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for a prolonged period may be flagged as dormant. ok777 will attempt to notify you before closing a dormant account.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance that was derived from bonus funds or from play that violated these Terms may be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method, following completion of any applicable verification.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ok777 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal way.

11Limitation of Liability

ok777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances outside our control may occasionally result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ok777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or revenue arising from platform downtime, technical errors or connectivity issues.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of ok777.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any third-party payment processing fees, delays or errors outside ok777's direct control.

ok777's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the incident.

12Privacy & Data
